Agreement for CallDhaka.com™ Bonus Program

By clicking the "I Agree" link below you verify that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of this referral program. We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms to our site, and your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement was last modified on March 28, 2001.


I. Bonus Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility. All CallDhaka.com members who purchase using the new automated store are eligible to receive bonus points.

2. Inception Date. The Bonus Program starts on March 28, 2001. New clients introduced to CallDhaka.com on or after the date mentioned above will qualify for the Bonus Program.

3. Purchase Requirements. There are no minimum purchase requirements. Every time a CallDhaka.com member purchases a calling card he will receive bonus points.

4. Bonus Disbursement. Bonus will be credited to the member's account as soon as a purchase is made. Bonus will be calculated based on the current bonus ratio. At present the bonus ratio is 1.

5. FREE Card. Members can claim their FREE Card once they have accumulated enough bonus points. Currently we are giving away FREE $20 card once the member's bonus credit reaches 400 points.

6. Bonus Expiration. Bonus points will expire within 180 days from the date awarded.

E.g. John Doe makes a purchase for a $20.00 phone card on 3/30/01. He will be awarded 20 bonus points (using bonus ratio of 1). His next purchase of $30.00 phone card is made on 4/3/01. This time he will be awarded 30 bonus points (using bonus ratio of 1). Now he has a total of 50 bonus points. His first set of points: 20 bonus point will expire on 9/26/2001, 180 days from the award date. His second set of bonus points will expire on 9/30/2001.
7. No Limitation Bonus Program. Essentially, there are NO limitations to how much bonus point a member can accrue. Also a member can claim FREE $20 phone cards for every 400 bonus point he accumulates.

8. No Limitation Referral. Essentially, there are NO limitations to how many new referrals a client can bring in. As long as the newly introduced client is unique and purchases $21.00 worth of phone cards within the specified time, the referring client will be awarded a 100 bonus points per qualified referral.
II. Rights and Disclaimers of CallDhaka.com

1. Alteration. CallDhaka.com reserves the right to modify any or all of the parameters to calculate bonus points and FREE $20 card disbursement at any time for any reason without any prior notice.

2. Termination. CallDhaka.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and this Bonus Program at any time for any reason without any prior notice.
